Rewards: points and tiers
Short answerYou earn points on every delivered order, on the product price after discounts, and your tier sets how many points each dollar earns. Every 100 points is worth $5 toward an order. You use them at checkout, before tax, but not on sale items, taxes or the delivery fee. Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
Our rewards program is our way of saying thanks for ordering with us. Every delivered order earns points, and the more you order over time, the faster they add up. It's for adults 21 and older, and your points live in your Dris account.
Earning points
You earn points on every delivered order, based on what you spend on products after any discounts. Points aren't earned on taxes or fees, or on the part of an order you paid for with points. Your points arrive once your order is delivered, and checkout shows about how many you'll earn.
Tiers
The more you spend over time, the more points each dollar earns:

Lifetime spend counts the product value of your delivered orders on our store, after discounts. If you had a higher tier on our old system, you keep it as your minimum tier through Oct 1, 2027. Your current tier, and how far you are from the next one, are in your account under Rewards.
Using your points
- Every 100 points takes $5 off your order.
- You use points at checkout in steps of 100, or choose "Use the most I can".
- Points come off the product price before tax, so your taxes go down too.
- Points can't be used on sale items, taxes or the delivery fee.
- Our $50 minimum is counted before points, so you still need $50 of products in your bag.
When you place an order with points, we hold them for that order. They're spent when your order is delivered, and if the order is cancelled or refused, they go straight back to your balance.
When points expire
Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
The fine print
- Points have no cash value.
- If an order is refunded or returned, the points it earned are taken back.
- Points are for adults 21 and older.

Ordered with us before?
Your Dris+ points from our old system carry over when you verify your phone number or email with a code on your new account. The balance is added once and counts as earned on Oct 1, 2026. Those points expire on Oct 1, 2027. Your tier from our old system carries over as your minimum tier through Oct 1, 2027. After that, your tier comes from your purchases on the new store. Rewards and referrals
Referral credit is separate from points: when a friend you refer completes their first order, you get $15 in account credit. See Refer a friend.
