You can place an order online any time, 24/7. We deliver Monday through Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and on Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. If you order outside those hours, just pick a delivery window that suits you and we'll bring your order then.
When you check out, you pick a delivery window that works for you, and your order arrives within that window. We'll text you when your driver is on the way, so you know they're close. Windows can fill up at busy times, so ordering a little ahead gives you the most choice.

Dris is delivery only, so there's no store to visit. We bring your order straight to your door, so you can shop our full menu online without leaving home. Check the towns we deliver to in the question above to see if we come to you.
We can only deliver to a private residence, like your home or apartment. Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission rules don't allow deliveries to hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, dorms or other college housing, shelters, federal public housing, businesses or public places. If you're staying somewhere temporarily, we're sorry we can't bring your order there.
Not at the moment. We accept cash or debit cards only, and you pay your driver at the door when your order arrives. There's nothing to pay online, so just have your cash or debit card ready when your driver gets there.
No, we can't leave orders unattended. Massachusetts rules require us to see you in person and check your physical, valid ID every time we deliver. That's why the person who placed the order needs to be there to receive it, and someone else can't accept it for you.
Yes, the minimum order is $50 before tax. Delivery is $4, and free on orders of $100 or more. You'll always see your full total at checkout before you place your order.
Anyone 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID can order from Dris. The person who places the order needs to be at the delivery address to receive it and show that ID to the driver. It's how we keep every delivery safe and in line with Massachusetts rules.
Before your first delivery, we ask you to upload a clear photo of your valid ID, on our website or in the Dris app. Most IDs are checked automatically, and anything unclear goes to a member of our team for a closer look. Your driver will also check your physical ID at every delivery, because Massachusetts rules require an in-person check each time.
Yes, and it's always appreciated. Tips go to your driver and can be given in cash at the door. Tipping is completely up to you.
Your driver will wait at least 5 minutes. If you’re not available, a $10 missed-delivery fee will be added to your next order. Your driver will call or text you while they wait, so keep your phone handy around your delivery window. The fee doesn't apply when a delivery can't be completed for another reason, such as an ID problem.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. At the door you accept the whole order or refuse the whole order. We can’t take back part of an order. That's why we ask you to check your order when your driver hands it over, before you accept it. You can read our full refund policy at drismobileapp.drisbrands.com/refund-policy.
Yes, you can cancel before your order is delivered. Just reach us by phone or LiveChat before delivery: call us at 857-242-0721 or chat with us through LiveChat on our website. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is for us to stop your order.
Yes. Massachusetts allows each adult to buy up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower per day, or the combined equivalent in other products (10 grams of THC in concentrates, or 1,000 mg of THC in edibles). We can also make only one delivery per person per day, so it's worth adding everything you need to a single order.
Yes, and it's our way of saying thanks. You earn points on every delivered order: 1 point per $1 to start, and more as you move up our tiers (Select at $1,500, Reserve at $4,000 and Black at $7,500 in lifetime spend). Every 100 points takes $5 off your order. Points can't be used on sale items and have no cash value.
Yes, and we love it when you share Dris with friends. Give your referral code to a friend who is 21 or older and new to Dris, and they get $15 off their first order (it can't be combined with another promo code). Starting October 1, you get $15 in credit automatically once your friend's first order is delivered and paid.
Yes. With the Dris app on iPhone, you can see your driver on a map when you're their next stop, keep an eye on your points and chat with our support team. Our texts include a link to download it. Ordering in the app isn't available yet, so for now please place your order on our website.
