Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

Dris Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 29, 2026  |  Last Updated: September 2, 2026

Dris Corporation ("Dris," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Massachusetts cannabis retailer and delivery operator. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

This is the only privacy policy that applies to Dris. It covers:

  • our marketing websites, drisbrands.com and getdris.com;
  • our online menu, storefront, and checkout, including the pages under drisbrands.com/locations/ — these are operated for us by our technology provider, Sweed, but the information collected there is collected by Dris and handled under this Policy, not under any policy of Sweed’s; and
  • the Dris mobile application, including the Dris Early Access app.

Together these are the "Site" and the "App." Where a page on our menu or storefront links to a privacy policy or terms of service, it links here. If you have previously seen a different Dris privacy policy on our menu pages, this Policy replaces it in full.

Your use of the Site and the App is also governed by our Terms and Conditions, set out below.

Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission License No. MD1321.

1. Who This Policy Is For

The Site and the App are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. Cannabis delivery is available only to qualifying addresses in Massachusetts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete it, except where a record must be retained under Massachusetts cannabis regulations.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

Account information. Your name, email address, and phone number. A phone number is required so that we can send a one-time verification code by SMS.

Identity and age verification (government ID). To verify your age and eligibility, you may submit photographs of the front and back of your government-issued ID and, optionally, the last four digits of the ID number. These images are reviewed by a member of the Dris team — a human being, not an automated system — to confirm that the ID is valid, that the name matches your account, and that you are 21 or older. Age and identity verification is required by Massachusetts cannabis law.

Order and delivery information. Your delivery address, order contents, order history, how you paid, and any delivery instructions you provide. You pay at the door, in cash or by debit card. Debit cards are taken on our driver’s card terminal, so card numbers never reach our systems. This applies whether you order through our online menu or through the App.

Support communications. If you message us through the App, by email, or through the Site, we store your conversation together with the name and phone number on your account so that our support team can reply to you and see your history with us.

Content you post. Product reviews, ratings, favorites, and preferences you choose to submit.

Contacts. If you choose to invite friends from your contacts, the App reads your address book on your device to show you a list to pick from. We do not upload your address book. Only the people you select are sent to us, and only their name and phone number, so that your Referrals list can show who you have invited and credit you when they join. Your phone sends the invitation message itself — we never message your contacts on your behalf, and we do not use the contacts you share for marketing, advertising, or to build profiles. You can decline contacts access and still invite people by typing a number or sharing your referral code, and on iOS you may share only selected contacts rather than your whole address book. Contacts you invite are visible only to you. If you were invited by a member and would like the record of that invitation removed, email [email protected].

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Site usage information. IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, and general browsing behavior on the Site, including on our online menu and storefront. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.

App device and diagnostic information. Basic device information, app version, and a push-notification token. We collect crash reports and anonymous usage events (for example, that a screen was opened) so that we can find and fix problems. These diagnostic events are sent to servers we operate ourselves, not to a third-party analytics company, and are stored as daily counts that are not linked to your identity. If you submit feedback through the App, we attach your app version, device type, and current rank to help us diagnose the issue.

Location. With your permission, the App collects your precise device location for one purpose only: to tell you when a delivery driver is close to your address. Location is collected only while the App is open and in use; the App does not collect your location in the background. Location is not used to determine delivery eligibility, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. You may decline location access entirely and enter an address manually instead.

Activity and rewards. Points you earn, leaderboard rank, referral code and referral activity, completed quests, and favorite brands. Points come only from in-app actions, are not tied to money spent, and are not redeemable for cash or products.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect information about your health, medical conditions, or reasons for purchasing cannabis products. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your full Social Security number, financial account numbers, or any similar sensitive identifier.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  1. Verify your age and identity, as required by Massachusetts cannabis law, and confirm your eligibility to order.
  2. Process and fulfill your orders, including preparing, routing, and delivering them.
  3. Communicate with you — responding to inquiries, providing customer support, and sending order and delivery updates.
  4. Operate the rewards and referral program, including calculating points, ranks, referrals, and quests.
  5. Send marketing communications, where you have opted in to receive them.
  6. Understand and improve how the Site and App are used, diagnose crashes, and fix defects.
  7. Protect Dris, our customers, and the public — detecting fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.
  8. Comply with law, including recordkeeping, reporting, and requests from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. This includes our online menu and storefront pages, which are operated for us by Sweed and set their own cookies necessary to keep you signed in and hold your cart. These technologies fall into three groups:

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function — keeping you signed in, holding your cart, and providing security. These cannot be turned off.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site, including the menu and storefront, so that we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar advertising technologies on the Site to measure the performance of our advertising and, where permitted, to reach people who have visited our Site. These technologies allow the relevant advertising platform to receive information about your visit and may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws. See Section 6 for how to opt out.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. The App does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the circumstances described here.

5.1 Service Providers. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and subject to confidentiality obligations. They may use it only to provide services to us, not for their own purposes:

  • Sweed — our storefront, online menu and checkout platform: product catalog, customer accounts, order and payment records, and government-ID images submitted for verification
  • Google Firebase — support chat conversations and storage of government-ID images submitted for verification
  • Expo — push notification delivery
  • Blackleaf — SMS delivery, including verification codes and delivery-arrival alerts
  • CARTO / OpenStreetMap — map tiles displayed in the App
  • Google Analytics — Site analytics (Site only)
  • Meta — advertising measurement and audiences (Site only)

Sweed operates our menu and storefront as our service provider. Information you give us there is collected by Dris and handled under this Policy. Sweed does not use it for its own purposes.

Government-ID images are handled by Sweed and Google Firebase only. They are not shared with any other third party. Contact details you share when inviting a friend are not sent to any of these providers and are not used to send messages.

5.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure. We may disclose information when required by law or regulation, including in response to requests from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, law enforcement, or a valid subpoena or court order, and where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our customers or the public.

5.3 Business Transfers. If Dris is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer that materially changes how your information is handled.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Dris does not sell personal information for money, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months.

We do use advertising and measurement technologies on the Site, described in Section 4, which may constitute "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws. To opt out, you may enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request, or email [email protected].

We do not share information collected through the App with any advertising platform.

7. How Long We Keep Information

Government-ID images. Retained only as long as necessary to complete identity verification. Once your ID has been reviewed and approved or rejected, we delete the images. We may retain a record that verification occurred and, where applicable, the last four digits of the ID number and the result, as required for compliance.

Account information. Retained while your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Order and delivery records. Retained for the period required by Massachusetts cannabis regulations, which currently require licensees to maintain certain records for at least three years. These records cannot be deleted on request during that period.

Support conversations. Retained for up to 24 months.

Diagnostic and usage data. Stored as daily aggregate counts not linked to your identity, and retained for up to 24 months.

Reviews and other content you post. Retained until you delete the content or your account. If you delete your account, we remove your name from your reviews and retain the review text in anonymized form, unless you ask us to remove the reviews entirely.

Invitation records. The name and phone number of a person you invite are retained until the referral is completed or you delete your account, and in any case no longer than 24 months. Either you or the person you invited may ask us to delete an invitation record at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through both the Site and the App, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can view government-ID images, and restricted access to customer records. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Massachusetts law, including M.G.L. c. 93H.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. This one request covers everything we hold about you, whether you created your account on our menu, our website, or in the App — you do not need to contact Sweed or any other provider separately. Some records must be retained where Massachusetts cannabis regulations require it — for example, the record that an age check took place — and we will tell you if that applies to your request.

Account information. You can view and update your account details at any time in the App or on the Site.

Marketing preferences. You can opt in or out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or in your account settings.

Location, notifications, and contacts. You can decline or revoke location, notification, and contacts permissions at any time in your device settings. Declining location does not prevent you from ordering; you may enter an address manually. Declining contacts access does not prevent you from inviting people; you may type a number or share your referral code instead.

SMS. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. See Section 10.

Reviews and other members. You can hide another member’s reviews from your own view by blocking them, or report a review for our team to check. A review reported by more than one member is hidden automatically until a person reviews it.

If someone invited you. If a member shared your name and phone number with us through the invite feature and you would like that record deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it. You do not need a Dris account to make this request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. SMS and Push Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Dris, including your one-time verification code, order updates, and delivery-arrival alerts. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].

Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings or in the App’s notification preferences.

Invitations you send to your contacts are sent by your own phone using your own messaging app. Dris does not send them, and the person you invite does not receive messages from Dris as a result of being invited.

11. Content You Post in the App

Product reviews you write are public to other members of the App. Your name is shown abbreviated — first name and last initial only (for example, "Chris F.") — never your full name, phone number, or email address.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not include personal information about yourself or anyone else in a review.

You can hide another member’s reviews from your own view by blocking them, or report a review for our team to check. A review reported by more than one member is hidden automatically until a person reviews it.

12. State Privacy Rights

Delivery is available only in Massachusetts, but our Site may be visited from other states. If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others — you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access a copy of that information in a portable format; correct inaccurate information; request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising; and appeal a decision we make about your request.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request using information already associated with your account. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer an appeal within 45 days.

Dris does not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our technology, or the law. We will post any update on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Because our menu and storefront link here, an update to this page updates the policy for every part of our service at the same time.

If a change is material — for example, if we begin collecting a new category of information or sharing information with a new type of recipient — we will provide advance notice by email or through a push notification in the App before the change takes effect.

This Privacy Policy is the single privacy policy for all Dris websites, menu and storefront pages, and mobile applications. It replaces all prior versions, including the version dated April 30, 2024 previously published on our Boston menu pages and the version dated July 26, 2026. Where this Policy conflicts with any earlier published policy, or with any policy shown on a page operated for us by a technology provider, this Policy controls.

Dris Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 29, 2026  |  Last Updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Dris Corporation ("Dris," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Massachusetts cannabis retailer and delivery operator, Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission License No. MD1321.

These are the only terms that apply to Dris. They govern your use of:

  • our marketing websites, drisbrands.com and getdris.com;
  • our online menu, storefront, and checkout, including the pages under drisbrands.com/locations/, which are operated for us by our technology provider, Sweed; and
  • the Dris mobile application, including the Dris Early Access app.

Together these are the "Services." When you place an order through our online menu, your contract is with Dris Corporation, not with Sweed or any other technology provider. Sweed operates that storefront on our behalf. Where a page on our menu links to terms of service, it links here, and these Terms replace any earlier terms shown there.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy, set out above, explains how we handle your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are 21 years of age or older. Cannabis delivery is available only to qualifying addresses in Massachusetts.

You must complete age and identity verification before placing an order, as required by Massachusetts law. You agree that all information you provide during verification is truthful and relates to you. Providing false information, or using another person’s identification, is grounds for immediate termination of your account and may be a criminal offense.

You may not order on behalf of, or resell or transfer cannabis products to, any person under 21.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

You may not create more than one account, create an account using another person’s information, or transfer your account to anyone else.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the conditions of our license.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the Services are provided for convenience and may contain errors or become out of date. Product availability changes constantly and inventory shown on the Services may not reflect what is physically in stock.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed — at our discretion or where required by law or by purchase-limit rules set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

All applicable state and local cannabis taxes are added at checkout.

4. Orders and Delivery

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. Acceptance is always conditional on successful age and identity verification.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows may be affected by traffic, weather, staffing, inventory, and regulatory requirements.

At delivery, you must be physically present at the delivery address; present the same valid, unexpired government-issued ID used to verify your account; and be sober and not visibly impaired.

Our drivers are required by law and by our policies to refuse delivery if any of these conditions is not met. A refused delivery may be subject to a restocking or trip fee, which will be disclosed before you order.

Cannabis products are generally not returnable or refundable once delivered, except where a product is defective or where a return is permitted or required by Massachusetts law. Contact [email protected] about any product concern — all order, refund, and delivery questions are handled by Dris, whatever platform you ordered on.

5. Rewards, Points, and Referrals

The App may offer points, ranks, quests, leaderboards, and referral codes.

Points are earned only through in-app actions. They are not tied to money spent, have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for cash or for cannabis products. Nothing in the rewards program is an inducement to purchase cannabis, and no discount on cannabis products is provided in exchange for points.

If you invite people using the referral feature, you are responsible for the invitations you send. You may invite only people you personally know who are 21 or older, and only people you reasonably believe would welcome the invitation. You may not send bulk or unsolicited invitations, and you may not invite anyone who has asked you not to. Invitations are sent by your own device using your own messaging app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, or adjust point balances and ranks, at any time, including to correct errors or to address abuse of referral codes, invitations, or quests.

6. Content You Post

You may post product reviews and other content through the App. You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Dris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, or not based on your own experience; contains personal information about you or any other person; infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights; is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene; makes medical or therapeutic claims about cannabis products; or promotes cannabis to anyone under 21.

We may remove, hide, or refuse to publish any content at our discretion. A review reported by more than one member is hidden automatically until a member of our team reviews it. We do not endorse content posted by members, and views expressed in reviews are those of their authors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Massachusetts cannabis law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our servers, or another user’s account; interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by introducing malware or by scraping, crawling, or automated data collection; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; or reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, product images, software, and the Dris name and marks, are owned by Dris or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

9. Technology Providers and Third-Party Links

Parts of the Services are operated for us by technology providers — in particular, our online menu, storefront, and checkout are provided by Sweed. Those parts are still our Services: they are governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, your contract is with Dris, and you do not enter into a separate agreement with the provider by using them.

Separately, the Services may link to genuinely third-party sites and services, including marketplace listings such as Weedmaps and Leafly, mapping providers, and payment processors. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

10. No Medical Advice; Health and Safety

Content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. There may be health risks associated with the consumption of cannabis products, and their effects may be delayed. Cannabis should not be used by anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, and you should not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis. Consult a physician before using cannabis products if you have questions about your health.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dris Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

12.1. Your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

12.2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any information stored on them.

12.3. Any errors or omissions in content on the Services.

12.4. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

12.5. Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted to or through the Services by any third party.

12.6. Any content posted by third parties on the Services, or the defamatory, offensive, or unlawful conduct of any third party.

Cap on liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Dris in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dris Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

13.1. Your use or misuse of the Services.

13.2. Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

13.3. Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

13.4. Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.

13.5. Your provision of false information during age or identity verification.

13.6. Invitations you send through the referral feature, including to anyone who did not wish to receive one.

14. Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

You and Dris agree that any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to require either party to violate federal law.

16. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way. This step is a condition of bringing a claim, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any update on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Because our menu and storefront link here, an update to this page updates the terms for every part of our service at the same time. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting, and we will provide notice by email or through the App. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Dris regarding the Services, and replace all prior versions and any terms previously shown on our menu or storefront pages.

Survival. Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18 survive termination of your account or of these Terms.
