Massachusetts changed its daily purchase limit in 2026. Adults 21 and over can now buy up to two ounces of cannabis flower per day, double the one ounce limit that many pages online still list. Here is how the limit works, and what it means when your order comes by delivery.
The daily limit is 2 ounces of flower
The limit is per person, per day. It applies across all licensed stores and delivery services, so two ounces is the most you can buy in a day in total, not per store.
Concentrates and edibles
Other product types count toward the same daily limit using equivalents. The current equivalents are 10 grams of concentrate, such as vape cartridges, wax and rosin, and 1,000 milligrams of THC in edibles. You can mix products in one order. The amounts add up toward the single daily limit.
Most orders sit well under the limit. It is a ceiling, not a target.
How the limit works for delivery
Delivery follows the same limit as a store. Our menu stops a cart that goes over the daily limit, so you will not get a surprise at the door. The person who placed the order must be 21+ and show a valid government ID when the order arrives.
Each adult has their own limit, and orders are placed and accepted by the person whose ID is checked.
What has not changed
- You must be 21 or older to buy cannabis.
- Consuming cannabis in public places is not allowed.
- Cannabis cannot be taken across state lines, even into a state with legal sales.
