Massachusetts law lets adults 21 and older buy and possess cannabis. Where you can use it is more limited.
Where consumption is not allowed
- Public places, including parks. Consuming cannabis in public is not allowed under Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 94G, section 13).
- Inside a vehicle or on public transit.
Never drive impaired.
Where it may be allowed
Cannabis may be used on private property with the owner's permission. If you rent or share a home, check your lease and house rules first.
Storing your products
Keep products in their original packaging, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.
Delivery from Dris
Dris delivers to residential addresses only. We do not deliver to parks, hotels or dorms. Same-day delivery runs Monday to Saturday 12pm-11pm and Sunday 12pm-10pm. You must be 21+ with a valid ID.
